As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the team with a range of exciting tasks from merchandise management to digital marketing. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, thrives on new challenges, and is ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Support the marketing team in meeting project deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate sourcing, quality-checking, dispatching, and tracking of branded materials and merchandise.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless running of projects.
- Assist with website updates and occasional social media monitoring.
- Prepare reports, presentations (PowerPoint), and project trackers (Excel) as required.
- Maintain a high standard of organization and communication across all tasks.
- Assist with logistics for key marketing projects, ensuring all materials and resources are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Conduct brand and website audits, client portal checks, and other marketing touchpoint assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing projects, campaigns, and events.
- Be prepared to offer on-site support for events, and conferences, including setup, coordination, and post-project reporting.
- Ensure all marketing collateral meets brand guidelines and is meticulously reviewed for quality.
What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken..
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for preparing reports, presentations, and project tracking.
- Ability to audit and review marketing touchpoints, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
- Experience in digital marketing tasks (website updates, social media).
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel for work within Bucharest and across Europe, as required, to support marketing activities.
